Bryce Duke

Bryce Duke was born in Kilgore, Texas in 1985. He attended the University of Texas in Austin where he earned dual B.S. and B.A. degrees, with honors, in 2008.  He then attended law school at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas where he competed in multiple moot court competitions and served as a legal intern at the Texas House of Representatives. Bryce obtained his J.D. in 2011, graduating cum laude. Licensed to practice since 2011, Bryce started his law practice as an Associate Attorney with Potter Minton, P.C. in Tyler, Texas, where he practiced law for two years in a wide range of litigation practice areas, including patents, contracts, and product liability. He then joined the Austin office of Hilliard & Shadowen, LLP where he worked for two years as an Associate Attorney representing individuals in class action lawsuits against the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Since joining Allan, Nava, Glander & Holland, PLLC, Bryce’s practice has focused on representing plaintiffs in insurance disputes. He has been responsible for handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial on behalf of his clients.

Bryce is married to Brittney Duke.
